Pat and Leanne have been vacationing in Mexico since the early 90's. We looked at properties in Playa del Carmen (south of Cancun), then found we couldn't afford them when it came time to buy. We first looked at property along the Costa Maya in 2000, fell in love with our view, and started building beginning 2005. On the trips we have made since then, we love the serenity and tranquility we have, and are now thankful we couldn't afford property in Playa del Carmen.
